Artwork Preparation

File Submission Guidelines

Clermont Local Magazine prints every issue in-house on a tight, bi-monthly schedule. Files that don't meet spec get sent back for revision, which can cost you your reservation window. Follow these rules and your ad goes straight to print.

Accepted Formats

PDF/X-1a, high-resolution JPG, or PNG. Print-ready PDF/X-1a is preferred.

Resolution

300 DPI minimum at final print size. Lower-resolution files will look blurry in print.

Color Mode

CMYK only. RGB files will be converted and colors may shift from what you expect.

Bleed & Safe Area

Include 0.125" bleed on all sides. Keep text and logos inside the safe area, 0.25" from the trim edge.

Where to Send Your Artwork

Once your placement is reserved, email your print-ready file to anthony@clermontlocalmag.com with your business name and ad size in the subject line.
